Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Stock News Analysis. This policy explains our free trial, when refunds may be available, and how to contact us. Our payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

1. Free Trial (7 Days)

Our paid subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During this period, you are not charged. You can explore premium features at no cost. If you decide the service is not for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. No refund is needed for the trial because no charge is made.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged according to the plan (e.g., monthly or annually).

2. Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation)
  • You did not use the paid service during the billing period and request a refund promptly
  • There was a significant technical failure that prevented you from using the service as described
  • Your situation falls within any other circumstance we deem fair and reasonable

Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, or after extended use. We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet our criteria or that we suspect abuse.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Stock News Analysis account
  • The date of the charge and, if possible, the order or transaction reference
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, typically within 5–10 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it through our payment processor. Refunds are generally credited to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–14 business days (or more in some regions) for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available or may be limited in certain cases, including but not limited to: violations of our Terms of Service, chargebacks or disputes initiated with your bank without first contacting us, or requests made long after the charge (e.g., many months later). We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue before you dispute a charge.

6. Changes to This Policy
